This chili oil has a moderate heat and tons of flavor. We set out to make the ultimate chili crisp that is smoky, savory, sweet, and spicy. This chili oil features a few unique twists, including the rare Amazonian Charapita pepper, which we grow in Fort Wayne, IN. It adds a great crunch, spice, and umami zing to eggs, stir fries, pizza and rice/noodle dishes.....try it on everything!
