Red Fenix Charapita Sriraracha Hot Sauce

Sweet, garlicky, and savory with a moderate heat.  This sauce uses honey for sweetness and guajillo and charapita peppers for heat. Charapita peppers are small pea sized peppers from the Amazon Jungle. Due to the labour in picking them, they are some of the most expensive peppers in the world. We grow our charapitas in Fort Wayne, IN.   This unique version of a sriracha sauce is very versatile and goes great on anything you want to add some heat and flavor to!
